We start with an initial conversation over the phone to understand the scope of your project, level of finish, your timeline, priorities, and budget.
Next, we will visit your home to discuss your plans and measure the project. All decision-makers need to be present. Allow 1-2 hours for this appointment.
All the costs associated with your project will be figured, including Administration/Permits, Labor, Materials, Dump fees. Then, a written proposal will be emailed to you.
A signed proposal and a deposit will be required to enter your project into our schedule.
The details of staging materials, setting up our mobile carpentry shop, and trailer parking will be discussed.
This is when we can get to work! We will take care of scheduling sub-contractors, material delivery, and inspectors. Weekly, casual meetings with you will keep you informed of needed decisions.
As the project winds down, there will be a final punch-list. This will insure we have all the details completed.
